Dr. Steve Albrecht's Library 2.0 Podcast: "Vendor Oversight At Your Library" | Webinar: "Librarians as Mandated Reporters"

We've just posted a new Dr. Albrecht podcast in our "Library Service, Safety, & Security" section of Library 2.0"Vendor Oversight At Your Library."
"I want to talk about vendors and vendor relationships with the library.
"There have been some interesting issues with vendors in terms of boundary problems and behavior issues, even theft, and a kind of 'familiarity' sometimes that some vendors have where they just wander into our facilities without checking in at the front desk, or going into the back office areas without permission... or going even into areas where the leaders and supervisors managers may have back offices, without permission or supervision.
"Not all library vendors are problematic, but some are and I wanted to talk about some of the things we need to think about in terms of a visitor vendor access policy..."
