New Dr. Albrecht Podcast: "12 More Challenging Patrons"

We've just posted a new podcast recording by Dr. Albrecht in our "Library Service, Safety, & Security" section of Library 2.0: "12 More Challenging Patrons."
While it's never easy to fully understand human beings, some patrons in the library show certain behaviors around staff and other patrons that we can collect to form archetypes. This includes the Patron Who Stares, the Patron Who Uses Hate Speech, or the Triple-E Patron, who is Entitled, Eccentric, and Exasperating. This podcast episode is all about the Other 12 Patrons that Dr. Steve Albrecht has heard about from library staffers or seen in his travels.
You can hear the podcast here

Dr. Albrecht's twice-monthly Library 2.0 podcast and blog posts are available for free, as are: access to 51,000 other library professionals, our regular mini-conferences, and all the conference recordings. We also offer a series of Dr. Albrecht paid webinars and recordings which are available for individual or group viewing here.
