There are certain patrons who demand to speak to the Library Director as soon as they arrive and won't take no for an answer. They often want the staff to give the Director documents, letters, or packages. These people often have an eccentric worldview, a specific angry agenda, and can be abusive to staff if their needs aren't met. We need to establish a screening process for these types of visitors and their materials. This episode is about helping protect library staff and the Library Director from harassing, demanding visitors.
