I like when he said "We have to free teachers with time and resources to learn, take risks, even to fail." I think that a lot of teachers are afraid to try because of their lack of experience and knowledge in the field when really most people feel this way, some are just more daring than others. It is almost impossible to stay on top of all the new technologies that are coming out making teachers that do feel like they are good with technology even a little uneasy.
